The Owners
The fire that drives Empire comes from our working owners who have a combined experience of over 70 years in the packaging industry. They, along with our talented staff of team members, have seen the changes in the packaging industry over the last three decades, and have created a completely innovative company to accommodate any packaging need.
The Sales Team
Empire's seasoned sales team's experience ranges from 10 years to 40 years in the packaging industry. This spectrum gives us the advantage of having a knowledgeable variety of viewpoints and perspectives.
Office Staff
Exceeding customer's expectations is the main focus of our office staff. Customer service, production planning, and accounting work as a unified team to accommodate all of your needs.
Drivers
Empire utilizes its own fleet of late model trucks and a hands-on team of drivers. As Empire employees, our drivers are knowledgeable ambassadors of our company, and serve as a direct conduit of information to and from our clients.
Maintenance Staff
We have a maintenance staff of four highly trained, full-time professionals, whose sole purpose is to continuously maintain our equipment and facility. Predictive as well as preventive measures keep our precision machinery in top condition, thereby ensuring the on time delivery of our quality packaging.
Production Staff
Empire's 20 hour work days make delivery for rush orders possible in as little as 24 hours. Our fully trained staff of professionals ensures quality packaging delivered to you when you want it.
